How to Spa...


We at Spa Del Sol prefer to personally speak with each of our guests and assist them in making their spa reservations, so we may ensure that your desired appointments and time are booked correctly. We book all services by appointment only and recommend booking your treatments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.



Please notify staff when making your spa reservations of any health issues that we should be aware of.

( pregnant, allergies, high blood pressure.....)


If you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointments, Please notify us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation charges. Any cancellation made within 2 hours will be charged 50% of full service price. No shows or appointments cancelled within 1 hour will be charged full amount of service. Any packages or groups of 5 or more require 24 hour notice to avoid charges.


Please arrive approximately 15 min. prior to your scheduled service time, to allow ample time to prepare for your treatments. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of scheduled treatment. We recommend leaving all jewelry or valuables at home or in your hotel room safe. Shaving or prolonged sun exposure (sun burn) is not recommended prior to any exfoliation or body wrap treatments.



Upon check in for your spa treatments you will receive a robe, sandals & private locker for your personal items. Once you have arrived, we request that all cell phones and/or electronic devices be turned off and conversations be kept to a quiet whisper, so all of our guest may enjoy a peaceful, quiet spa experience. Its always a good idea to communicate with your spa professional before and during  your treatment so they can custom tailor your treatment to you.(pressure, room temp, music) 

* Therapist reserve the right to terminate any treatment if he/she feels the client's behavior is inappropriate or undesirable.

this will not be tolerated, authorities will be notified.
